Governance
NLMWA is governed by a board of trustees who set strategy and accountability, working with an operations group and themed sub-committees that deliver the day-to-day work. Board observers and community partners sit alongside us to keep us connected and honest.

Behind every session is someone who gave up their evening to prepare it. Our volunteers have contributed marketing, web development, fundraising and community engagement skills — and countless hours of tutoring, cooking, driving, translating and simply checking in on someone who had a hard week.
